How to Access the Chat
After a learner or parent books a session with a tutor, a chat between them is automatically opened. To access this chat, navigate to the "Messages" section on the left side of your screen. Here, you will see all your conversations with peers.
Communicating Before and After Sessions
You can exchange messages with your tutor before and after the session to collaborate, discuss goals, and organize your online meeting. This ensures that everyone is prepared and on the same page for each session.
Notifications from Sparky, the AI Assistant
"Sparky," our AI assistant, will keep both participants informed about any changes to the session. This includes notifications about cancellations, new bookings, instant sessions, reschedules, and more. Sparky ensures that you are always up-to-date with the latest information regarding your tutoring sessions.
Managing Your Conversations
You have the option to reply to and delete your messages, giving you control over your communication history.
You can also archive the chat at any point, which will close it for both participants.
If a new session is booked after closing the chat, it will automatically reopen, allowing you to continue the conversation.
