By adhering to this policy, we ensure that learners and tutors are treated fairly and minimize any inconveniences caused by cancellations or no-shows.
Booking and Cancelling Sessions
- Booking Sessions: Tutoring sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance, depending on the tutor's availability.
- Rescheduling Sessions: Booked sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours before the start without penalty. Rescheduling is not possible less than 12 hours before the session starts.
- Cancelling Sessions: To avoid late cancellations, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. Sessions cannot be canceled less than 1 hour in advance.
Refund Policy
The party that does not show up or cancels the session less than 12 hours before it starts will not receive a refund or payment. Tutors may also face penalties, such as a reduced rating or removal from the Marketplace.
