Booking and Cancelling Sessions
- Booking Sessions: Tutoring sessions can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
- Rescheduling Sessions: Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start without any penalty. Rescheduling is not possible less than 12 hours before the session starts.
Refund Policy for Paid Sessions

Cancellation by Learner:
- Learners or Parents can cancel a session free of charge up to 12 hours before the session starts.
- The learner’s (parent) credit card is charged 12 hours before the session starts.
- If a learner or parent cancels the session less than 12 hours before it starts or does not show up for the session (“no show”), the session will not be refunded, and the tutor receives the payment.

- If a tutor cancels the session less than 12 hours before it starts or does not show up for a session (“no show”), the refund will be issued automatically.
- Tutors are penalized by a reduction in their tutor rating, which influences their ranking on the marketplace.
Refund Policy for Unpaid/Free Sessions

Late Cancellations and No-Shows by Tutor:
- Tutors are penalized for late cancellations and no-shows by a reduction in their tutor rating, which influences their ranking on the marketplace.
- Learners or Parents are not penalized for late cancellations or no-shows.
By adhering to this policy, we ensure that both learners and tutors are treated fairly, and any inconveniences caused by cancellations or no-shows are minimized.
