Upon Setting up your profile as a Tutor, you have to connect your account to Google Calendar. This integration allows us to receive requests from learners who want to book a session with you and automatically create an event in your calendar.
However, something might go wrong with the connection in some cases, and new events can't be made. Don't worry. We will notify you that we lost the link to your Google Calendar.
One of such occurrences can be the change of password on your Google account. If you change your password, all integrations will require reconnecting, and ours is one of them.
The process of reconnecting is straightforward, simply navigate to your profile settings and click Connect button again.
Please be aware that Google Calendar is required for scheduling to work. You can still accept instant session requests from learners.
