As a learner, if you schedule a paid lesson, you will be charged 12 hours before the session. Should you decide to cancel the session before that time, you will not be charged.
However, if you were already charged, you can receive a refund only if the tutor cancels the lesson on their side or does not show up to the tutoring session.
A refund can also be issued in case if tutor breached our Behavior Policy.
Please also keep in mind that If a Learner cancels the session less than 12 hours before its start or does not show up for the session ("no show"), the session will not be refunded, and the tutor receives the payment.
