In short, there is only one automated condition under which we will issue a refund to the learner - If a Tutor cancels the session less than 12 hours before its start or does not show up for a session (“no show”).
Additionally, you will be penalized, and your profile discoverability might be affected. Refer to our article How to get learners to book my lessons? to understand which metrics we take into account.
However, in some instances, a refund might be issued manually by our support agents should the Tutor breach our Behavior Policy.
