Please make sure that you give permission to use your camera in the browser.
Also, make sure that another app or browser is not using your camera at the same time.
Try to troubleshoot your device and/or browser:
- Turn your webcam off and then on by unplugging the device
- Reboot your device
- Make sure that your device works in another app
